I don't have my child's UNIS account or forget the password
Please send an email to techsupport@unishanoi.org. We will send you the credentials or reset the password for you.
I'm using Safari on my Mac, when I click on the embedded slide on the site, nothing happens
This issue is because the Safari browser blocks the pop-up. All you need to do is to allow the distance learning site pop-up in Safari by following the steps below:
On Safari, select Safari > Preferences, then click on the tab Websites at the top of the window.
Select Pop-up Windows on the left side.
Click on the drop down menu next to esdistancelearning.unishanoi.org, then select Allow

How do I add the UNIS account as a separate Chrome profile?
Using separate Chrome profiles, you can keep all your Chrome info separate, like bookmarks, history, and other settings. Please follow the steps below :
Open Google Chrome, click on the Profile icon on the top-right corner, click Manage People (the gear icon).
You can see the screenshot of these steps in this link.
Click Add person at the lower right hand corner.
Choose a name and a photo, then click Add
A new window will open and ask you to turn on sync, just login with your child UNIS account
Now you will have your child UNIS account separately from your personal account. To switch to another profile, click on the Profile icon, then choose the personal or profile you want to switch to.
